Created Issue: System.BadImageFormatException when running on 32bit OS [6813]

When you attempt to use this project on a 32bit operating system you get this error

Type : System.BadImageFormatException, mscorlib, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089 Message : Could not load file or assembly 'UacHelpers.UserAccountControl, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

I have attempted to build the dll as a 32bit version but had no luck. Ideally it should support but 32bit and 64bit OS
